Each product may have a slightly different delivery timeline depending on the design and production requirements. The estimated delivery time is always mentioned on the respective product page. We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed to ensure timely delivery.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48–96 hours of being placed.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch):
Once shipped, orders typically take 6–7 working days to be delivered, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary during high-demand periods, sales, or due to unforeseen courier delays.


Shipping Within India

We are happy to offer free shipping across India on all orders.


International Shipping

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means:

  • Product prices shown on our website do not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities

  • As the recipient, you are responsible for paying these charges at the time of delivery to release your package from customs

We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of applicable fees before placing an order.


Refund & Exchange Policy

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will be happy to assist you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details so we can review the issue.


Size & Fit Responsibility

We strongly request customers to carefully check the size chart provided on each product page before placing an order. Since many of our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for size-related issues.


Exchange Policy

We do offer exchanges under eligible circumstances.

  • The exchange process takes approximately 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product

  • Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched within 48 hours

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags


Store Credit Option

If you prefer, we can issue a credit note instead of an exchange. This can be used toward a future purchase with us.


Refunds

Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. We only provide:

  • Exchanges, or

  • Store credit (credit note)
