HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Shopping at Ikkatis is simple and seamless:

  1. Browse through our collection and select the product you love.

  2. Choose your preferred size (refer to the size chart for the best fit).

  3. Click on “Add to Cart.”

  4. Once you’ve added all desired items, click the cart icon at the top right corner.

  5. Review your cart and click “Checkout.”

  6. Log in to your existing Ikkatis account or continue as a New User.

  7. Enter your shipping details, choose your payment method, and click “Place Order.”

And that’s it — your order is on its way to being crafted and shipped to you.


HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your order details and Order ID

  • A shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

After that, just sit back and wait for your Ikkatis piece to arrive.


IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE USING NET BANKING, DEBIT CARD, OR CREDIT CARD?

Yes, absolutely. All online payments made through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, and Net Banking are processed via a secure, encrypted payment gateway. Your personal and financial details are fully protected.


HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 48–96 hours of being placed.

Delivery Timeline (After Dispatch):

  • Metro Cities: 6–7 business days

  • Rest of India: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.


WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF THE EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer exchanges only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original condition with tags

  • Once approved, the exchange process takes 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item

  • The replacement product is dispatched within 48 hours after quality inspection


WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

We provide refunds only in cases where the product is confirmed to be defective and cannot be replaced.

If the product does not meet your expectations for any other reason, we offer a credit note instead.

  • Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue

  • They can be used for any future purchase on our website


HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are shipped

  • For changes or cancellations before dispatch, please contact our customer support as soon as possible, and we will try our best to assist you

  • COD orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by contacting customer care

  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
